BEABLE HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. You acknowledge that this privacy policy (“Policy”) is part of the Services and you unconditionally agree that becoming an End-User of the Services provided via the Device and the Services Site (hereinafter defined), signifies your assent to this Policy. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Policy have the meanings attributed to it in the EULA.
1. SCOPE OF POLICY
1.1 This privacy policy (“Policy”) together with our EULA, applies to Your use of:
(i) The Services, once You have downloaded a copy of the Software onto your ArmAble or Phone or Tablet (“Device”); and
(ii) Any of the Services that are available on www.beablehealth.com (Services Site).
1.2 This Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from You, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

(i) You may give us information about you by filling in forms on the Services Site, Application, or by corresponding with us (for example, by e-mail or chat);
(ii) This includes information you provide when you register to use the Services, download the Software or register the Device, subscribe to any of our Services, share your data with us by any other means, enter a promotion or survey, and when you report a problem with the Device, our Services, or any of our Services Site; and

2.2 Information we collect about you and your Device: Each time you visit the Services Site or us on the Device, we may automatically collect the following information:
(i) Information stored on your Device, login information, device information, access to file storage. photos, videos or other digital content relevant to the application. (Content Information);
(ii) Details of your use of our Device or your visits to any of the Services Site [including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise] and the resources that you access (Log Information).
2.3 Location information. We may also use IP Information to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled Services require your personal data for the feature to work. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose.
